Your refusal to directly assist with transferring our policies to a local agent—choosing instead to push us to an online portal and ignoring follow-up calls—is fundamentally unprofessional. Managing account transfers is a routine agency function, and directing us to self-serve systems rather than offering direct support demonstrates a clear lack of client care.

Additionally, bringing up your personal objections regarding the historic site designation in this correspondence is disappointing. The city meeting was to address historical qualification, not personal preferences. Just like my mother a business owner like yourself, I have the utmost respect and agree wholeheartedly that we need to get the building to the next steps. However Conflating your private grievances with our professional operations has only created unnecessary friction.

It was very upsetting when we weren’t able to reach you or coordinate it with you to resolve the situation. I do appreciate you reaching back so quickly here."

"Well it’s time for another review. In my previous review I mentioned that I met with Sean to go over our policies. This was in order to try and reduce some costs. We have a metal roof and Sean mentioned that if we get it certified that we could receive some substantial savings. He actually gave me the names of several roofing companies that might be able to help. So I called them and set up an appointment with one. There were some hiccups regarding the actual date that the roof was installed. I was working with the roofer but they were at a bit of an impasse so I contacted Cassie at Syymankowski’s to see if she could do something. With her help working with the roofing company in less than a week it was resolved. We now have a certified roof and we’re looking forward to the change in our insurance premiums.
