"There are a couple reasons that I have for this review. First off I met with the Szymankowski Agency to go over my policies. I like having the ability to sit down with someone and discuss face to face. I met with Sean and we were able to reduce our insurance costs without reducing coverage. Perfect!! The second and very important reason is what happened earlier this week. On Sunday while at eating breakfast at a restaurant my truck was backed into. Luckily for me the guy also had State Farm Insurance. I called my agent and filed a claim on the phone with Jenn. She explained to me the procedure that State Farm uses. Then she followed up with me the next day to make sure that I didn’t have any other questions. Dare I say “ like a good neighbor”. The bottom line is today is Thursday and I already have had my truck estimated by a State Farm approved auto body shop and the claim has been approved. The only thing that could have been better is if my truck wasn’t damaged in the first place."
